Delete your Ghost Pepper account

Ghost Pepper is a party card game by Ahmed Itani. You can delete your account and everything tied to it whenever you like.

Fastest: in the game

1. Open Ghost Pepper and make sure you're online.
2. Tap the gear (Settings) on the home screen.
3. Scroll to Legal and support and tap Delete account.
4. Tap Delete everything.

It happens straight away.

Without the app

If you don't have the game installed anymore, send us a deletion request. Include the email you saved your account with, or your 8-character friend code (you'll find it on your profile).

We'll confirm by email and finish within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your player profile: display name, avatar, email and sign-in
• Coins, items, level, rank, stats, missions, achievements and match history
• Your friend code, friends list and blocked list, and you're removed from other players' lists
• Your clan membership and the clan messages you sent

What we keep

Reports about abuse, for up to 12 months, so we can stop repeat offenders. Server logs are cleared within 30 days. Nothing else.
