Ghost Pepper

Terms of Use

Effective 30 September 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Ahmed Itani, who makes Ghost Pepper ("we", "us"). By playing online, chatting or joining a clan you agree to them. If you got the game from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

1. Who can play

You must be at least 13 to play online, chat or join clans. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian should review these terms with you.

2. Your account

The game creates a player account for you automatically. You can save it with an email and password. Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens on your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

3. Community rules

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive players. When you play online you must not:

Tap any player to report or block them. We review reports, usually within 24 hours, and may remove content, rename players or clans, restrict chat, or ban accounts that break these rules, without warning. Content that may be illegal, including any child sexual abuse material, is reported to the authorities.

4. What you send

You keep ownership of what you write. You give us permission to store and show it to other players as needed to run the game (for example clan chat). Chat is filtered automatically, but filters aren't perfect, so use the report and block tools.

5. Coins and items

Coins, items, levels and ranks are part of the game. They're earned by playing or by choosing to watch an optional ad, can't be bought or sold, have no real-world value and can't be exchanged for money. Everything in the shop is cosmetic and doesn't change your chances of winning. We may rebalance rewards and prices.

6. The game

We work hard to keep Ghost Pepper fun and running, but it's provided "as is". Online features may be unavailable at times, and we may change or end features. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, or for lost progress, coins or items.

7. Ending things

You can stop playing and delete your account whenever you want. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

8. Changes

If we change these terms we'll update the date above and ask you to accept them again in the game.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without taking away any protection the consumer laws of your country give you.
